The ‘Celebrating My Awesome’ curriculum content -
The curriculum is initially based upon ten core lessons you can share within a 121 or group environment.
Each lessons follows on from the next ensuring that the children gain a deep understanding of their mental health and how we can feel disconnected from time to time.
The lessons also focus on our superpowers including our innate resilience, confidence and creativity.
Flexibility in how you can use the lessons means they can be applied to a wide range of scenarios from helping a child understand an unhelpful thought to making better decisions, to understanding conflict or poor self-perception.

-Use the lessons and your training to host multiple paid workshops based upon the My Mental Health Rocks Program.
-Use the lessons and programme when working privately with children 121.
-Promote on your own website that you are using the My Mental Health Rocks program within your practise.

Your investment allows you to access the program as a licensed facilitator.

Can I set my own pricing for delivering in sessions?
You will be allowed to set your pricing per workshop / 121 session however we do have a minimum rate that must be followed.
Can I use your curriculum under my own branding?
MMHR must always be mentioned as the curriculum you are using, so you can promote the training under your name and mention in the training notes or as a sub header, the source of the material is the Celebrating My Awesome Curriculum by My Mental Health Rocks.
What legal steps do I have to take to work with children?
You MUST have an enhanced DBS check (we can submit an application on your behalf at a cost of £140)
You MUST also hold a valid personal liability insurance policy.
You MUST also have a full understanding of safeguarding policies in your area and abide by the policy conditions.
How long does the training take?
As this is a self-study programme you can set your own pace, we suggest you take time to watch one training video at a time and allow at least 48 hours before you watch the next to allow for reflection and exploration.
Is the training live?
The training is via a series of pre-recorded videos, created during our first two rounds of training so you will benefit from hearing questions and answers from the participants.
Once you submit your assessment you will be invited to book onto a zoom call with Leanne & Julie and in that call, you can ask all of the questions you have or request further training sessions.
We will provide as much ongoing support as required until you are confident and comfortable to deliver the sessions.

The course is paid in one full payment upon signing up.
